Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy Statement: All Sales Are Final 🛑

All sales transactions completed in our store are final. We strictly adhere to a No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange policy.

We require customers to inspect all items for damage, sizing, and functionality before completing the purchase. By paying for and accepting the product, you acknowledge and agree that the item is satisfactory and that you accept the terms of this policy.


2. Sole Exception: Hidden Defect Reporting (24 Hours) ⏱️

We will only consider a remedy if the product has a hidden manufacturing defect that could not have been reasonably detected during the checkout process.

3. Non-Returnable Items and Reasons

We do not allow returns or offer store credit for the following reasons:

Used Items: Products that have been used, worn, or consumed.

Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after purchase.

Aesthetic Dislike: Displeasure with the look or performance of a product that is not defective.

Sizing Issues: Products that did not fit, where sizing information was available.
